Our Whole-Person Approach
Wholistik Living Project is a trauma-informed and resilience-based wellness practice supporting high-achieving professionals and communities navigating PTSD, burnout, executive dysfunction, high-functioning depression, chronic stress, grief, identity shifts, and life transitions connected to caregiving, aging, dying, and legacy.
Our integrative approach honors the connection between mind, body, spirit, culture, and community. Rooted in compassion, cultural humility, and whole-life wellness, we are committed to cultivating safe spaces where individuals can restore balance, reclaim their voice, and align with meaningful living.

MEET THE FOUNDER
Natasha "Nia" Dezonie
I am Natasha Nia Dezonie, an Afro-Jamaican, trauma-informed social worker, holistic health practitioner, end-of-life doula, and founder of Wholistik Living Project.
My passion for this work grew from both professional experience and my own healing journey. As a survivor of childhood trauma, I came to understand that healing involves more than addressing symptoms. It requires care for the whole person, including the mind, body, spirit, relationships, culture, and community.
I have worked in community mental health, healthcare, hospice, and nonprofit settings, supporting individuals, families, caregivers, and organizations through trauma, grief, burnout, major transitions, and end-of-life experiences.
My work and studies have also included experiences in New York, Jamaica, Ghana, and Tanzania. These experiences strengthened my commitment to culturally grounded wellness, collective healing, dignity, and community care.
I believe people are born whole, healing is possible, and everyone deserves the opportunity to live a meaningful and connected life.
