Virtual Therapy for Adults in New York State
Services are provided virtually to adults who are physically located in New York State at the time of each session.
If you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, disconnected, or struggling to cope with life's challenges, therapy can provide a supportive space for healing and growth.
Individual therapy supports adults navigating trauma, grief, anxiety, depression, burnout, ADHD-related challenges, caregiving stress, and major life transitions.
Therapy is collaborative and personalized. Together, we explore how past experiences, relationships, emotions, thought patterns, and stress responses may be affecting your present life. The goal is to help you build practical coping skills, reconnect with yourself, and move toward sustainable well-being.

Approaches I May Draw From
Every individual is unique. Therapy is tailored to your specific needs and may incorporate:
CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy): Understanding and changing unhelpful thought
and behavior patterns.
IFS (Internal Family Systems): Understanding the different emotional parts of yourself.
Somatic Practices: Noticing and working with stress, tension, and emotions held in the body.
Contemplative Practices: Using mindfulness, reflection, breathwork, meditation, and self-awareness practices to cultivate presence, resilience, and inner connection.
DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy): Developing coping, emotional regulation, and relationship skills.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing): Processing distressing memories and trauma-related experiences.
