WHO WE SERVE
Supporting individuals, families & communities across every stage of life
We serve individuals navigating PTSD, trauma, grief, neurodivergence such as ADHD, burnout, and major life transitions. Our work also supports caregivers, professionals, families preparing for end-of-life transitions, and communities seeking trauma-informed approaches to wellness and personal development.

High-Achieving Professionals
Navigating burnout, executive dysfunction, high-functioning depression, chronic stress, and the gap between outward success and inner wellbeing.
Trauma & Grief Survivors
Healing from PTSD, C-PTSD, complex grief, loss, identity shifts, and life transitions with compassion and culturally grounded care.
Caregivers & Families
Supporting those navigating caregiving stress, end-of-life transitions, legacy planning, and the emotional weight of supporting others through profound loss.

OUR VISION
Cultivating communities of dignity, growth & connection
At The Wholistik Living Project, our vision is to cultivate communities where individuals are empowered to grow, reconnect with their strengths, live purposeful, and balanced lives.
We envision a world where trauma-informed practices and holistic wellness approaches are accessible to individuals, families, and organizations, supporting environments rooted in compassion, dignity, and meaningful connection.
Through education, therapeutic support, and community engagement, we aim to contribute to cultures of wellness where people feel seen, respected, and equipped with tools that support lifelong personal development and collective wellbeing.

Years of Experience
Natasha "Nia" Dezonie
LMSW · Trauma Psychotherapist · Holistic Health Practitioner · End-of-Life Doula · PhD Student
I'm Natasha "Nia" Dezonie, an Afro-Jamaican born trauma-informed counselor, holistic health practitioner, end-of-life doula, and founder of Wholistik Living Project. My work is dedicated to helping individuals heal, reconnect with their authentic selves, and live lives rooted in purpose, wellness, and intentionality.
My passion for this work was born from my own healing journey. Through my personal transformation, I came to understand that healing requires more than addressing symptoms — it requires caring for the whole person: mind, body, spirit, relationships, and community.
At the heart of everything I do is a simple belief: people are born whole, healing is possible, and everyone deserves the opportunity to live a meaningful and connected life.
